1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NextDeploy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use NextDeploy for personal or commercial deployment purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on NextDeploy
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Cloud Infrastructure

NextDeploy deploys to your own cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). You are responsible for all costs associated with your cloud provider. NextDeploy is not responsible for any charges incurred from your cloud provider.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextDeploy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NextDeploy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
